- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 03, 2019, by Alastair HewittWe're now entering week 3 of no washing machine. We paid for the extended warranty but were told a coin had damaged the pump. Had to pay for a new pump but it still wasn't working, so they ordered a new hose as well. Waited a week for that to arrive and it still doesn't work. It takes at least a week to get them to schedule a visit, so it look like another weekend at the laundromat. Who knows if or when it will get fixed with this level of service.
